QUESTION?!?!?! With the Six List, when you are writing down what is IMPORTANT for the next day…would this list include things that are (or at least should be) part of your daily routine, like the “hour of power” (or exercise, etc. ), or is this six list a list of things that are important, but “in addition to” the “regular” stuff?

Thanks! This is the kind of low hanging fruit that can be picked easily for big impact. I use toodledo on my Iphone. I could just as easily use a small notebook, or an index card.
